All pillows have the option to buy the cover only, with no insert - just use your own and save a little. You'll see the option when you add the pillow to your cart.
- Nearly all pillows have a zipper and a separate pillow insert that can be removed for cleaning. A few are hand-sewn closed.
- Our inserts are 90% feather, 10% down encased in a down-proof ticking.
- Some pillows can also be ordered with a dacron polyester (polyfill) insert instead. If this is available you’ll see that option when you add the pillow to your cart.
- Pillows will usually ship out in 3-5 working days via UPS. If there is a delay for any reason, we’ll let you know by email.
- When a style sells out, it may be backordered. Backordered pillows will ship within a few weeks. We’ll provide an approximate ship date by email when we receive your order.
- Many pillows are few-of-a-kind and when they’re sold out, we won’t be making more.

Return Policy - No Worries!
We are proud of our work and hope that you will love everything you purchase from us. However, if you are not completely delighted with your pillows, you may return unused, resellable pillows to us for a refund, exchange or company credit, provided you notify us and we receive the item back in our warehouse within 15 days of the original date of delivery to you. Please be sure they are in the same condition as we shipped them to you. We will promptly make an exchange or refund the amount of your original sale minus the shipping charges to your credit card. Unfortunately, shipping is not refundable. Specifics can be printed at checkout; if you have any concerns, just email or call us.
