- All pillows have a zipper and a separate pillow insert that can be removed for cleaning.
- Our inserts are 90% feather, 10% down encased in a down-proof ticking.
- Some pillows can also be ordered with a dacron polyester (polyfill) insert instead. If this is available you’ll see that option when you add the pillow to your cart.
- Pillows will usually ship out in 3-5 working days via UPS. If there is a delay for any reason, we’ll let you know by email.
- When a style sells out, it may be backordered. Backordered pillows will ship within a few weeks. We’ll provide an approximate ship date by email when we receive your order.
- Many pillows are few-of-a-kind and when they’re sold out, we won’t be making more.
